Access Across America: Walk

walkers

Access Across America: Walk estimates access to jobs by walking or rolling for each of the most populous U.S. metropolitan areas. Key factors affecting the rankings for any metro area include the number of jobs available and where they are located, weighted travel time, income of resident workers and population size, density, and location.

Because this is the first national pedestrian accessibility report since 2014, year-over-year changes in accessibility are not provided for each area. Future annual evaluations will include the changes over time.
